A third-generation Coloradan, Kevin Lundberg has owned and operated Lundberg Productions, a media and video production service, for the past 31 years. He has served on the board of trustees for Colorado Christian University, helped found Christian Home Educators of Colorado in 1990, and is active with Galilee Church in Loveland. Before running for state senate in 1998, Kevin served as a precinct committeeman, district captain, and campaign volunteer, and participated in the Colorado Republican Leadership Program. While he lost his first bid for state senate, in 2000 he was appointed to the Colorado Commission on Family Medicine. Kevin was elected to the Colorado House of Representatives in 2002. Seven years later, he was appointed to complete the final two years of a state senate term, and was elected to his first full Colorado Senate term in 2010. Kevin has a deep love for his beautiful state and has backpacked all across the Colorado Rockies. In 1997, he fulfilled a lifetime dream of building a solar- and wind-powered home, where he continues to live with his family. Kevin and his wife, Sandy, have three children.
